Understanding heightened worry and strategies for calming your mind.

When we find ourselves overwhelmed with problem solving we may shift to worry. As our system becomes more and more worried we can activate other pathways of worry and before you know it your mind is throwing a worry party making it difficult to wade through all that worry to shift back into problem solving as opposed to worry.
