There are many great authors, teachers, and practitioners that I have been fortunate to learn from.  Below I have put together a collection of the resources I have enjoyed that I find myself talking about the most.  This list will grow and change as I do. 



Learning to be mindful is one of the greatest gifts you can offer yourself. The practice of mindfulness has been an integral part of my personal wellness and my energetic practice.  If there was only one first step I would recommend on your journey it would be to learn the skill of mindfulness.
