Guided Meditation for Creating Space and Opening the Heart Center

Our guided meditation this evening we focused on creating and observing space within the body and heart center. Opening and expanding with the breath and the space around us. We then moved into the heart chakra to connect with the heart center, opening and expanding, releasing and forgiving.


Our body is 99.999 % space and yet we tend to focus more on the awareness of the form then our connection to the space within and around us. This shared space of openness that expands in all directions. Tonight we set the intention to pay attention to this space, this shared space that encompasses everything. We then connected to the space within the heart center and worked within the heart center to connect even further.
